At Revendo, you can get high-quality used smartphones at fair prices. Every device is thoroughly checked, cleaned, and processed by our specialists. You also get at least a 12-month warranty on your device.

What does the warranty for refurbished smartphones cover?

During the warranty period, defective smartphones will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or the purchase price will be refunded. Revendo will decide whether the device will be repaired or replaced, without further explanation. In most cases, the original device will be repaired.

How are prices for used mobile phones determined?

Can I see the smartphone on site before buying it?

Yes, you can visit our stores during opening hours and inspect the devices in person, provided the device is currently available in the desired store. Click on the device you want and then on 'x products available' – this will show you in which stores your desired product is currently in stock.

We accept various payment methods in our online shop, including invoice with instalment facility, advance payment, Postfinance Card, e-finance, Twint, and credit card. You can also pay for your device in instalments. In our branches, you can also pay by cash or EC card.

How quickly will I receive my smartphone?

After we receive your payment or when you order on account, we will send your smartphone by A Mail. You will usually receive the package on the next business day.
