Sell your old equipment

With Revendo you have the opportunity to sell your Apple hardware as well as Android smartphones sustainably, conveniently and at attractive prices.

Procedure

Transmit the information about your devices
. (e.g. number of devices, serial numbers, RAM, memory size and type, processor, year, accessories, colour, condition)
You will receive an individual non-binding guideline quote from us.
The more specific your information, the more accurately our quote will match the final credit.
Free collection (possible depending on the region) or GAS label (depending on the quantity and type of equipment) for free return by post, alternatively you can hand in your equipment at one of our shops by arrangement.
Testing of your equipment by our certified technicians (optical & technical testing) within a maximum of 10 working days.
You will then receive the detailed final credit note from us.
You send us an invoice for the credit amount (gross). We transfer the credit note immediately after receipt of the invoice.

To be noted:
As Apple products with an active iCloud lock (FMI) lock cannot be processed and thus sold by us, these products are not purchased by us, or alternatively valued at CHF 0.00. The same applies to Android devices with Google lock. Please deactivate these, if present, before sending in the devices in order to avoid a considerable effort.

Please also remove any third-party management/company management (MDM/ DEP) from the devices.

Procedure

Tell us your concrete needs:
Quantity, product, systemic requirements (specs), condition, colour, accessories etc.
We will send you a binding offer promptly and hold this option for one week by arrangement.
If the decision is positive, we will send the products to you free of charge by A Mail after receiving your prepayment. Depending on the region, free delivery through our logistics is also possible - or collection from one of our nine shops by arrangement.
If we do not receive any feedback from you, the units offered will be returned to the open market. You are welcome to contact us again with a new enquiry.

Sustainability

We give used equipment another chance and thus avoid wasting resources. Upcycling and reuse are even more sustainable than recycling. In the latter, the devices are disassembled into their basic materials and put back together again, which requires a lot of additional energy.

Our prices are based on the current market value. This depends on the condition of the equipment as well as on supply and demand.
When you buy used equipment, you invest much less capital in the hardware, but your software is still up to date.
