The goods will be delivered to your delivery address free of charge. If the order value is over CHF 500, we will also send the goods at no extra cost with the additional service Signature (against signature). If the order is received before 14:00, delivery is usually expected the next day.

When ordering from the revendo.ch online shop, you can take out an optional transport guarantee for transport damage and loss. This cost-effective additional option insures the actual damage incurred in transit (up to a maximum of the value of the goods at the time of ordering). As a customer, you have the exclusive right to repair or exchange (replacement delivery). The decision to repair or replace a device lies with Revendo.

In the event of damage, contact revendo.ch as soon as possible, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. We will then settle the case for you - regardless of whether the carrier's insurance only covers part of the damage. Be sure to keep the original packaging and - if possible - take photos of the damaged device and the damaged packaging.

Orders that have been ordered with transport guarantee may be delivered by the post office with the additional service "hand delivery". The parcel is handed over personally and the identity of the recipient is checked by means of an identity card.

Are you rarely at home during the week when the post comes by? No problem: With the Saturday delivery service, you can still get your goods delivered comfortably. Only orders placed on Friday before 14:00 can be considered. There is also a small surcharge of CHF 5 for this service.
