Please provide us with further details such as quantity, serial number, RAM, storage size and type, processor, manufacturing year, accessories, colour and condition in the comments field or as a list in an attachment.

Receive a non-binding quote
We will send you a non-binding indicative offer based on the information you provide. The more detailed the information, the more accurate the final offer will be.

Free delivery or posting
Depending on the region and the quantity of devices, we offer free pick-up or a GAS label for free postage.

Step 4
Device inspection
Our certified technicians will inspect your devices (optically and technically) within a maximum of 10 working days.

Step 5
Credit note
After the audit, you will receive a detailed, final credit note. If you agree, please send us an invoice for the credit note amount and we will transfer this to you immediately upon receipt.

Please note: We cannot process products with an active location block (e.g. Apple FMI/‘Find My...’). Please deactivate this, if present, before sending in the devices to avoid a considerable amount of work. Please also remove any third-party management/company management (MDM/DEP) from the devices.

We will not purchase devices with active location, third-party management or other blocks, or we will value them at CHF 0.00. This applies to all devices, regardless of brand or manufacturer.
