What are the advantages of an iMac over a MacBook?

Larger display

The iMac has a larger screen than the MacBook. This can be an advantage for graphic designers, video editors and anyone who needs a larger screen for their work.

More powerful

In general, the iMac has more computing power than the MacBook. This is because the iMac has more room for powerful components such as a faster processor, more memory and a dedicated graphics card.

Upgradeability

The iMac is easier to upgrade than the MacBook. You can easily add more memory or upgrade the hard drive on the iMac, while this is much more difficult or even impossible on the MacBook.

Better suited for the desktop

The iMac is designed for desktop use and comes with an integrated stand. This means you don't need to buy a separate stand or docking station to use it comfortably on your desk.

Better for sharing

The iMac may be a better choice if it is to be used by multiple people, as it is easier to share and set up for multiple users.

Overall, the iMac is the better choice for those who need a powerful desktop computer with a larger screen, while the MacBook is more portable and better suited for mobile use.
